NeuroPath — Support
Something not working, or a question the app doesn't answer? Email us and a person will read it.
support@getneuropath.com
We aim to reply within two working days. NeuroPath is run by a small team, so there is no phone line — email reaches us directly.
Before you write
If you tell us the following, we can usually answer in one reply instead of three:
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18.2)
- The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if it's something you can see
Please don't send passwords. We will never ask for one.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app:
- Open Settings
- Scroll to Delete account
- Confirm
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It erases your habits, logs, recovery records, any health data we stored, your sessions and your account itself. There is no grace period and no archived copy, beyond ordinary encrypted infrastructure backups that age out on their own cycle. We cannot restore a deleted account.
If you can't get into the app — a lost guest account, for example — email support@getneuropath.com and we will delete it for you.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled in your store account rather than in NeuroPath:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → NeuroPath
- Android: Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NeuroPath
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep premium features until the period you've paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment — Apple or Google — and we cannot issue them on their behalf.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store first, or it will keep renewing.
Trouble signing in
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.
Guest accounts are the one case we can't recover. A guest account has no email attached, so if you lose access to the device there is no way to prove it was yours or to sign in again. You can convert a guest account at any time from Settings → Create your account, which keeps everything you've recorded.
Health and screen-time permissions
NeuroPath works without either. If you turned one on and want it off again, revoke it in your device settings — Apple Health or Health Connect for health data, Screen Time or usage access for app limits — and the app carries on with the features that don't need it.
A note on what NeuroPath is
NeuroPath is an educational habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or a substitute for therapy, and it is not a crisis service.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country now. We are not able to help with emergencies over email.
